We feel that coaching is the best avenue for those who are in foreclosure.  Coaching, as opposed to just doing the work for our clients, leads to empowerment.  Many companies will charge $1,500.00, up front, to help guide people out of foreclosure.  Often times when the process is over, the homeowner ends up with a program where they are expected to pay $500 to $800 on top of their existing mortgage.  Not only is this a surprise, but it puts an even greater strain on their finances.  Many people can't pay this added amount.  They don't know how this happened and are unhappy with the outcome.  The company says, "Sorry, that is the best we can do for you."  The homeowner is then stuck with this solution and has received very little education in the process.

When we coach you through the process, and you are involved in the process, you know exactly what is going on and how it works.  There are no mysteries.  You learn what the mortgage companies are all about and how they operate.  You learn what needs to be done and how to do it, what to say and what not to say.  We empower you to take charge and work-out a solution appropriate for you current financial situation. We will then guide you and support you in executing your plan leading to achieving a successful outcome and saving your home.

We will need to ask you a few simple questions in the beginning, so we may determine what is appropriate for your situation. If we see that your needs, requests and financial situation are such that no mortgage company would ever give you what you are asking for, we will tell you, upfront. If what you are asking for has been granted by mortgage companies in the past, then we can move forward in the coaching process.

You must understand that when it comes to saving your home in any foreclosure situation there are no guarantees. Each mortgage company is different and every town and city is going through different cycles in the real estate marketplace which will dictate the likelihood of an approval by the mortgage company.
