9-19-06 - 10 min - First Franklin faxed the documents to fill out from National City Home Loan Services. Dan emailed them to Linda at linda@xyz.com. Linda is to fill them out and fax them back to 412-442-1234. Talked over the details. 9-16-06 - 15 min - Tosha will fax me the documents they need to fill out. I'll email it to Linda. Talked with Linda and she said she is going to make a payment. I recommended she call First Franklin to confirm payment. Linda needs to fill out paperwork and ask about the back payments. Linda and I worked over other details. 9-06-06 - 10 min - Christa from First Franklin said fax ATRI to 724-957-1234, attention research department. Dan did that and will call Christa in 24hrs and conference Linda in for questions and directions. Talked with Linda and gave her a run down on the process. Linda has a 80/20 loan and the loan number is 504ABC283. 9-05-06 - 5 min - Left Linda a message and gave information. 9-02-06 - 10 min - Left Linda a message and she called back. We discussed the details of the situation. 9-01-06 - 10 min - Initial consultation with Linda. Talked with her about her situation and the process we will go through to have her loan modified in order to save her home. She understands there is no guarantee, but she wants to move forward and have us assist her in saving her home.
