"We just wanted to let you know that we just sent the contract to Countrywide to save our home. I'm so grateful that God sent you to help us. We were truly at the end of our rope.

We were 4 months behind on our mortgage payment and had hired another company to help save our house. We paid this company $750 (keep in mind that NONE of this money was put toward what we owed on our house), to be the mediator between us and the mortgage company. This was the biggest waste of money. They took our money and did very little to help us. We waited and waited which only put us further and further behind. We would call only to be put on hold or leave a message that never got returned. This company should have not only been helping us but educating us. In a way I guess they did, THE HARD WAY!!!

We worked out a deal in February adding $500.00 a month to our current mortgage that we were already having problems making. How did that help us!?! Needless to say, we ended up right back in the same situation. Before today, we where 3 months behind and now had a sale date of July 12th 2006 (that's 30 days from today). It was even printed in our local newspaper. I was so embarrassed when my husband’s best friend called and asked us what was going on. I thought I was going to die.

This has been the hardest thing that we've ever done. We honestly thought we were going to lose our house, the house my son was born in and the neighborhood my daughter grew up in. This was not just a house but our home and meant so much to us. We even had our children's measurements written on the door frame. So many memories would be lost.

Working with you has been so pleasant. We never felt as if we were being judged. You always followed up to see how things were going and made sure that we didn't have any questions. You kept things very real and never made false promises. You let us know that even though we had good reason for what had happened that we could still lose our home.

You gave us hope and strength to get us through this difficult time. We will be forever grateful."
